The Best Fall Items at Trader Joe’s

If you didn’t already know, I LOVE Trader Joe’s, however it’s pretty rare I get the time to check out some of their newer or seasonal items. I make TJ’s trips usually once a month to stock up on all of my favorite specialty foods but I’m sure like you, I get into my routine and end up purchasing the same things I always do. This Fall though, I’ve stepped it up and I’m sharing my favorite Fall picks and more new fun items I’m loving at TJ’s. While I’m always sad to see Summer go, nothing gets me into the Fall spirit more than diving into pumpkin, apple and cinnamon flavors and for this reason, I always have my kitchen stocked with everything festive for the season. Have a new favorite TJ item? Let me know below in the comments so I can check it out!

1. Pumpkin Spice Hummus

Don’t knock it until you try it! When I saw they were coming out with this I was so excited. Try it with pita chips for a delicious fall treat!

2. Pumpkin Oat Milk

Nothing says fall like a splash of this in your morning coffee.

3. Pumpkin Butternut Squash Bisque

I love soup during chilly Fall Sundays and this bisque screams cozy. It’s creamy and sweet without being overbearing, and it’s great to enjoy with fresh bread.

4. Fall Harvest Salsa

Fall + salsa= Sunday Football Snacks

5. Pumpkin Spice Coffee

Even though this is usually what I’m going to Starbucks for, it’s a necessity around the house for when I’m not on the go. They did a really good job with this and it’s even better with the pumpkin oat milk or cinnamon creamer.

6. Cauliflower Butternut Squash Risotto

This is one of those comfort food meals that you can feel better about because it’s cauliflower. I absolutely love risotto and this is such a perfect thing to pair with roasted chicken and veggies, one of my Fall staples.

7. Creamy Toscano Cheese with Cinnamon

It sounds like a crazy pairing, I know. But doesn’t cheese go with everything? I love this one with gluten free crackers.

8. Gluten Free Pumpkin Pancake Mix

I’ve been working on eating less gluten for the past six months and this certainly does the trick. It’s easy and foolproof and gives your kitchen the perfect Fall aroma.

9. Maple Roasted Almonds

Almonds are one of my go-to healthy snacks when I’m not sure what I’m in the mood for. These maple roasted ones are sweet and festive and they’re a great thing to snack on. Add these with cinnamon cheese and wow.
