How to Plan the Perfect Miami Bachelorette Trip

IMG_2456.JPG

Hey babes! It’s finally here, my bachelorette weekend recap with ALL the details of where we stayed, what I wore, and tips and tricks on how to plan the perfect bachelorette trip in Miami. This trip was literally one of the best weekends of my life and with the help of my MOH and amazing friends, every single aspect of the weekend was a DREAM.

Where We Stayed

Penthouses @ Hyde Hollywood

Hyde Penthouse was the most incredible Airbnb for a group of 16 girls and I could not recommend it enough. While it was a little further away from some of our activities, the size, views, and large living space made the extra travel totally worth it. After being left without a place to stay 1 month before our trip (thanks to a scam Airbnb) I was pretty stressed that we may have to pivot to hotels. Thanks to a friend who connected me to our amazing travel agent, Amber, we ended up here and it could not have been more perfect. It comfortably slept all of us, had incredible views, and had a kitchen table that was perfect for our welcome dinner. If you have a busy schedule or are looking for some extra help in planning your bachelorette trip Amber is your girl. I HIGHLY suggest working with a private travel agent over any bachelorette trip planning service where you’re just another group.

A list of my vendors:

Want to find incredible vendors for throwing a party? Look no further than Miami. Every single one of these vendors was insanely professional and talented and I cannot say enough good things about them. Plus, I found a few of them through social media which can always be a gamble and they turned out to be the BEST.

1. Eternity Events

Eternity events created the balloon arch of my dreams. I had 16 girls on my trip all flying in from different cities and while my MOH and a few friends got there early to decorate, I didn’t want them worrying about blowing up tons of balloons. I was also planning to surprise the girls with a photoshoot and knew I needed the perfect backdrop for the weekend festivities.

2. Stivalycakes

This engagement ring cake was another Instagram find and was as delicious as it was gorgeous. I booked her literally 10 days before the trip and she was so prompt and easy to work with. It was the perfect insta-worthy moment and a great sweet treat after our sushi dinner.

3. Forlongphotography

Mari was the photographer of my dreams. My friends and I aren’t the best at remembering photo moments (we live in the moment) so having someone come in and take some snapshots of the whole group was really special to me. We ended up having SO much fun and Mari was professional, enthusiastic and made my vision come to life even after two hours of sleep and a small time frame to shoot in.

Our Itinerary

IMG_0234.JPG

My best recommendation for planning an itinerary for a Miami bachelorette trip is to make dinner reservations and have a relative skeleton mapped of the weekend but to let the rest fall into place. If you have specific things you want to do then definitely get booking however, for me, I was just looking to have a crazy fun time. For our group and the timing of our trip that meant we had to wait on some things! This was really hard for me (as a Type A planner) but it honestly made the weekend way more fun. We worked with a promoter for all of our club excursions and decided where we wanted to go out the night of based on who was performing and our promoter’s connections. Our yacht day was an absolute must and having a fun welcome dinner at the house the first night was a really great way to spend quality time with my girls after a long day of traveling. Swan and Kiki on the River completely exceeded my expectations and were AMAZING dinner spots and getting a party bus for the night was a must. If you’re planning your bach trip in Miami and want to know who I used for all of these various activities write to me in the comments of this post and I’d love to share more!

What I put in my Welcome Bags

welcome bags.jpg

Welcome bags are the best way to say thank you to your group of girls for attending your bachelorette trip and helping make your weekend amazing (not to mention they double as the perfect way to coordinate some matching accessories). If you’re planning a Miami bachelorette trip I highly recommend tumbler cups, sunglasses and sarongs. The Liquid IV and eye masks were also a hit with my girls and perfect for after our nights out.
