My Morning Green Smoothie
A few months ago I decided to up my breakfast game and opt for new recipes that made me feel satisfied and energized but not sluggish and “too full” when starting my day. My Green Smoothie Recipe
1 cup of Coconut Water
1 TBS Chia Seeds
1 Large Handful of Ice
1 TSP of Almond Butter
1 Large Handful of Spinach
1 Packet of Vital Proteins Collagen
1 Scoop of Chocolate Plant Based Protein (I use the 365 brand from Whole Foods or the Sakara Metabolism Powder for a richer chocolate flavor)
2 Dates (pop these in a food processor if your blender doesn’t chop these fine enough)
